Rudolph Hidalgo has a dual managerial culture (public sector and private enterprise) focused on innovation, transformation, growth, and crisis management. From 1991 to 2008, as Head of Department in the specialized directorate against organized crime, he developed particular skills in foresight, analysis, and organizational transformation, aimed at addressing emerging or complex forms of cybercrime or the globalization of trafficking networks. In 2008, he made a personal shift and joined a French mid-sized company with a strong growth plan in France and internationally. He will become “Group General Manager,” significantly increasing its international scope and transforming the organization. In 2015, in light of the robustness of the French market and the resulting financing constraints, the group chose to divest its international operations with a substantial capital gain and to implement a transformation/restructuring plan. At the end of 2016, Rudolph Hidalgo chose to dedicate himself to supporting mid-sized companies in accelerating growth, innovation, crisis management, and driving transformation. Rudolph Hidalgo has a background in communication, law, strategic management, and finance.
