A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Rémi Larrousse was a senior consultant at consulting firms such as BearingPoint. Specializing in innovation and change management, he has led several dozen consulting missions for clients across all sectors. At the same time, he has been a professional practitioner of mentalism and illusionism for over ten years. Recognized as an innovator in this field, he received the Mandrake d’Or in 2014, an award also given to David Copperfield, Arturo Brachetti, and Siegfried and Roy. Rémi Larrousse has also written two shows, Le Script and Alter Ego, which he has performed over 400 times in theaters in Paris, at the Festival d’Avignon, and in various regions. Born in 1985, Rémi Larrousse began exploring different disciplines of illusionism at the age of 8. He is also interested in theater, mime, and puppet manipulation. In 2005, while studying at Sciences Po Paris, he went to Boston where he took courses in theater, mime, and modern art. Following this trip, he became aware of the importance of combining other artistic disciplines with his illusionism shows and introducing a narrative to create a complete performance. In 2010, he created Le Script. It is the first show in France that combines theater and mentalism, this particularly unique discipline of illusionism. This show has now had over 300 performances in France. Alongside his theatrical journey, Rémi Larrousse studied creativity and innovation methods used in the artistic world. He thus transposes these methods to business practices. He has also taught creativity and innovation techniques at Sciences Po Paris. Passionate about the mechanisms of perception and lateral thinking, Rémi Larrousse decodes these mechanisms by using the approach of illusionists as an example. In 2014, Rémi Larrousse founded the company Trickster, whose mission is to use illusionism and mentalism as tools for communication and training to help businesses and organizations animate their seminars, conventions, and client events.
