Peter Brandl is the expert in interpersonal communication in challenging situations – both in the air and on the ground. Through his successful career as a manager and entrepreneur, as well as a commercial pilot and flight instructor, Peter Brandl understands the turbulence that leaders, as well as pilots, face in their daily lives. He knows how to get back on course, as often the human factor – interpersonal communication – is the ‘error in the system.’

He combines aviation with business, leading to a highly emotional engagement with his topics among the audience. With a large dose of humor and many vivid examples from aviation and corporate life, he motivates and inspires participants with surprising parallels and insights. The ‘Human Factors’ that lead to a ‘crash’ are always the same – whether people are piloting an aircraft or managing a company. Peter Brandl is a trained social educator and a qualified commercial pilot and flight instructor. He worked for many years as a sales manager before taking over the management of a real estate company.

Since 1993 and over 3000 event days, he has been advising and training companies. He is internationally experienced and delivers his presentations in both German and English.

With Brandl Training, he offers practical, relevant impulses for high performers in all industries and departments through lectures, seminars, and coaching. The main focus is on success-oriented management of interpersonal communication, especially under difficult conditions.
