Patrice Georget is a doctor in psychosociology, researcher at the University of Caen. He works on processes of influence and resistance to change, biases, stereotypes, and mental routines. Author of around fifty scientific and popular publications,
he leads the IAE Caen University School of Management, which offers 40 degrees and hosts more than 2000 trainees in management each year, primarily employees in continuing education.
For 20 years, he has been conducting conferences and workshops for managers, executive committees, or conventions. His approach in the company consists of bringing theory and practice together to stimulate action. He relies on case studies, research conclusions, and situational exercises to provide some behavioral frameworks. The examples are drawn from marketing, recruitment, team management, safety, as well as everyday life. Operational principles are then presented and worked on in their concrete translation according to the managerial contexts encountered by each.
