Previously, he joined the site keljob.com at its inception in 2000, quickly becoming the General Manager. After significant growth and a merger with Cadremploi.fr and Explorimmo.com, he participated in the company’s IPO in 2007 in Paris under the name Adenclassifieds (now known as Figaro Classifieds).

Early in his career, he held various HR positions for 7 years in the automotive industry (Renault, Bosch),
