About Norbert Macia

Norbert Macia has been a sports educator, personal coach, and corporate coach since 2006. He works with large companies and institutions, as well as various associations, networks, and SMEs. He retains, from his professional experience in sports coaching, a strong passion for several physical and sports activities that he practices daily. Graduated from the Faculty of Applied Economics in Aix-en-Provence and the Institute of Political Studies in Aix-en-Provence, he has specialized for over 3 years in project support, analysis of human relationships, and interpersonal dynamics within groups. He is the founder and president of an association working for the development of entrepreneurship and activity (A.P.D.E.A), and has volunteered with a national network (Force Femmes) in facilitating collective workshops and supporting candidates in their job return projects, professional retraining, or business creation. Additionally, since 2011, he has developed an interprofessional network of coaches and consultants (Réseau Coaching) that today includes nearly 300 registered professionals. His primary expertise focuses on the analysis of situations, both individual and collective, which necessarily includes verbal and non-verbal communication, body language, transactional processes, unconscious projection and transfer between individuals, group communication, and consideration of leadership within teams and collectives, beliefs, and representations. He has also been introduced to clinical phenomenology and is closely interested in philosophical reflection applied to the business world, particularly the question of meaning in the development and pursuit of specific goals. He also works in Spanish.
