Born on March 9, 1976, Nicolas Doucerain embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. After holding sales positions in the automotive sector, he self-taught himself to lead Solic, a consulting firm specializing in recruitment and human resources. He was not yet twenty.
In about ten years, he propelled his company to the top rank of independent French consulting firms.
When the financial crisis erupted in September 2008, Solic had 90 employees, both in France and abroad. Paying a heavy price for the crisis, the company found itself on the brink of bankruptcy within a few months, which Nicolas Doucerain candidly recounts without taboos in Ma petite entreprise a connu la crise.
Now 37 years old, he continues to lead Solic while launching a new crisis management consulting firm, Acmen: approaching the crisis as a talent revealer and a means to address the right management and strategy questions.
