The Cologne native wants to encourage women, inspire them, and above all, motivate them to pursue their own career paths with determination. Her personal background shows that she knows what she is talking about: Originally a journalist, the native Bulgarian is now a successful entrepreneur and manages the Cologne language service provider Lingua-World with more than 50 employees, over 10,000 freelance interpreters and translators, and 16 offices in Germany and abroad.
