Since 2003, Lieke has been seen as Charlie in the popular soap ‘Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden’. In addition, she has played guest roles in the BNN series ‘Costa!’, the police series ‘Spangen’, the comedy series ‘Kees & Co’, the children’s program ‘Klokhuis’, and in the successful Dutch film ‘Volle Maan’.

Besides her acting work, Lieke presented her own children’s program ‘Kids for Animals TV’ in 2003. Her good singing abilities became evident when she sang her heart out in the theater during the ‘Costa! In Concert’ theater tour.

In 2004, Lieke lent her voice to the movie ‘Garfield – The Movie’.

In 2005, Lieke was the proud winner of the ‘Oké Trophy’. Various well-known Dutch people participated in a good cause, and the public voted for the winner through an internet poll. Lieke won and received a cash prize for her charity as a reward.

In early 2006, Lieke received an award for ‘Most Popular Soap Star of the Year 2005’ in the ‘Soap and Film’ category during the Popularity Awards ceremony. She was also named ‘Most Popular Actress in the Netherlands’ by the readers of Hitkrant. Additionally, in the spring of 2006, Lieke participated in the successful RTL 4 program ‘Dancing With The Stars’ under the guidance of Remco Bastiaansen and proved to be a fantastic dancer. That year, she also recorded the song ‘Je bent Gewaarschuwd’ with rapper Ali B., which appeared on Ali B.’s album ‘Petje Af’. In the summer of 2006, Lieke was heard as a guest DJ on RTL FM.

In December 2007, Lieke appeared in the Christmas edition of Playboy. Due to great success, she was allowed to do a second photo shoot for the October issue of Playboy in 2008. For this edition, Lieke traveled to the Seychelles. Furthermore, in April 2008, she released the song ‘Alles Altijd’ for an advertisement for the internet company Argeweb, written by Tjeerd Oosterhuis. Due to all the positive feedback this generated, it was soon decided to release this song as a single. In the summer of 2008, Lieke was one of the presenters of the RTL 4 program ‘Nederland Vertrekt’. Additionally, she appeared in a TV commercial for Holland Casino alongside Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen and was one of the stars in the popular program ‘Ranking the Stars’, presented by Paul de Leeuw. In 2008, Lieke won the ‘Fun Fearless Female Award’. This award is presented annually to the most daring and fun famous woman in the Netherlands.

In the spring of 2009, Lieke was seen as the presenter of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ on RTL4. Together with Beau van Erven Dorens, she presented the third season of this popular dance program. In the summer of 2009, Lieke was one of the presenters of the summer program ‘Ik Kom Bij Je Eten’.

Furthermore, Lieke’s voice is regularly heard in various radio and TV commercials. In 2009, she lent her voice to the 3D animated film ‘Monsters vs. Aliens’, where she took on the lead role. In the fall of 2009, Lieke won the Televizier Talent Award during the Televizier Ring Gala. She also won the ‘Beau Monde Style Award’ during the Beau Monde Awards.

In the summer of 2010, Lieke was again seen as one of the presenters of ‘Ik Kom Bij Je Eten’.

In the spring of 2011, Lieke was seen alongside Froukje de Both as the presenter of ‘TV Makelaar’. Additionally, Lieke had two other presenting jobs; she presented the new dance program of RTL 5, ‘The Ultimate Dance Battle’, and recorded the presentation for the Backstage Show and the Insider Show for X Factor 2011.

From time to time, Lieke is seen as one of the presenters on the daily ‘RTL Boulevard’.

At the end of June 2011, she was heard in the animated film ‘Cars 2’.
