Julia de Funès earned her Ph.D. in philosophy at the University of Paris-Sorbonne and obtained a diploma in human resources. Before fully dedicating herself to philosophy, she worked as a headhunter. This experience in the business world continues to influence her work to this day. She knows the practice from the inside and uses philosophy to challenge fixed ideas and habits in organizations.
In her books and lectures, Julia de Funès raises critical questions about modern corporate culture.
