Joël Luzi discovers the world of the aerospace industry in 1998. This will mark the beginning of a 12-year entrepreneurial adventure (until 2009), which will lead him to explore the subtleties of the role of SME Leader. He then works in the production of aerospace equipment for groups such as Dassault (Falcon 900), Snecma, Airbus (A380, A330, A319, A320, and A340), Eurocopter (Ecureil).
Before founding his own structure, Joël Luzi was notably a Restaurant Manager, then Purchasing Manager for the Frantour Group; but also Training Director for the hotel management curriculum.
Convinced that emotional and behavioral triggers play a major role, he trains in the tools that allow mobilizing these resources. In 2006, he became a certified sophrologist (CAES Paris), under the direction of Dr. Luc Audouin. He practices in a private setting (individual and groups) and also leads workshops during sophrology congresses.
In 2010, he created the Blog “Emotional Intelligence” (which gathers more than 2000 readers per month) to raise awareness in the business world about the necessity of working in this direction. He regularly speaks on this topic (HEC-Entrepreneurs, ESSEC HR Club, Young Leaders Center, Micro-Enterprise Fair 2012, Royal Bank Canada, BNI France…).
His conferences provide you with the keys to understanding the emotional & behavioral mechanisms of success. A true framework for understanding, a decoding of your operating modes. Finally, Joël Luzi reveals a number of development pathways. It sheds light on the available tools: you will thus understand why some of them have superior efficiency.
In parallel, Joël Luzi also contributes to numerous publications and online journals: Journal du Net, Management, Journal du Net Business, Place des Réseaux, RHInfo.com, LesEchos.fr… He engages in various activities: karate (Provence Karate Champion and 4th in the French Championships), paragliding, windsurfing, and hiking.
