"Aat Vos was the keynote speaker for our EUROCITIES Culture Forum in Gent (October 2017). EUROCITIES is with her 140 members the largest European city network. The EUROCITIES Culture Forum meets twice a year and we askes Aat Vos to talk about his work on 'third places' in Ghent, with a focus on 'The role of culure in shaping third places in cities'. Based on his recent book '3RD4ALL - How to create a relevent public space', Aat built up a fascinating story, which was appreciated by all those present. Together with Aat we also chose a number of cases from the present cities. Aat commented those during the session, which led to an interesting discussion and interaction with the approximately 120 attendees. I personally prepared this Culture Forum with Aat and he's a very pleasant sparring partner. He was open voor consulation and handled this inquiry very professional. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Aat Vos."
“Many thanks for your work on the Great Little Ideas campaign - the client is over the moon with what we produced and with you in particular! You were fantastic so thank you very much.”
“Thanks Jo for the wonderful job you did for us .You really brought the script to life, making what is a fairly dry subject matter incredibly engaging and totally accessible! We have had great feedback so far from our clients. Thank you!”
“On screen Jo always comes across as charming, genuine and interested. At Sky Travel she would adeptly deal with several hours of studio based script-heavy programming, as professionally as the 'think-on-your-feet' location work. It was on location that I really enjoyed working with Jo, she was always fun to have along, mucking in with the crew, responding intelligently to the brief and being supportive when things got stressful!”
“I've known Jo for many years, both as a broadcast presenter, and in the corporate environment, where we have recently used Jo to present a pharmaceutical film for a major blue-chip client.
“She is enormously professional in her approach and preparation and brings this calm efficiency to the studio or location. Her infectious enthusiasm makes her a welcome part of any production team and she brings both insight and personality to any presentation. I know that we'll be using her again as soon as the opportunity arises.”
“Jo is a natural presenter whether co-hosting or fronting a programme or series. She is incredibly versatile and always brings an enthusiasm to any project. She’ll learn and deliver a script faultlessly but more impressively can write her own material and improvise in any situation. She is great at putting people at ease in front of the camera and bringing out the best in even the most nervous of interviewees. Jo is a joy to work with: relaxed but professional, fun, committed and enterprising.”
