About Jean Philippe Ackermann

Coach, trainer and speaker, Jean-Philippe Ackermann is

an experienced leader. Holding an MBA, he has created and managed numerous companies and SMEs

through management by leadership, motivation and

personal development. He was an associate professor in Business Strategy and

Leadership for 9 years at the Master’s program of the University of Avignon. He has a professional motto: “success comes from the well-being of

employees and the optimism of the leader.” For over 20 years, he has successfully advised companies based on these

strong beliefs. Jean-Philippe Ackermann is also an accomplished athlete with

several marathons, triathlons, and cycling events to his credit. He is engaged in societal actions: former National President of the

French Junior Economic Chamber, then representative of JCI at

the United Nations, he is an active member of Rotary and works with

the Leadership Institute. He is a board member of the League of Optimists of France and Co-founder

of the League of Optimists of Monaco.

A member of the French Association of Professional Speakers, he

delivers conferences on success to large private or public companies.
