Drs. Jan Willem van den Boogert (1957) studied at the pedagogical academy and andragogy with a specialization in experiential learning. He has experience as a teacher in various branches of vocational education, trainer of practical supervisors, educators, teachers, and managers, developer of learning arrangements, and as an interim manager in educational organizations.
He has written several books and articles in HRD and educational journals on the topics of “practice-oriented training, leading learning organizations, and self-directed development.
