Jan began his career as a disc jockey at the offshore station MiAmigo. Once onshore, he was able to further develop his presentation talent at AVRO on Hilversum 3. During that time, he learned to captivate large audiences at the drive-in show.
The journalistic urge was undeniable, so when Veronica started with Nieuwsradio, Jan was on board.
