Professor in talent development at ESCP Europe (Paris) in the fields of leadership and trust. Also an expert in Human Resources Diversity and Female Talent. Speaker at ENA (Paris) and IESEG (Lille and Paris).
Holds an MBA from HEC, a Master’s from ESCP Europe, and has held the position of Treasury Inspector.
After starting her career in financial administration, then in a large insurance group as a network manager, she seizes the opportunity of business acquisition while investing in the development of professional and territorial movements. She continues on this path by taking the leadership of the National Federation of Commercial Leaders of France, a professional network of 3000 members, part of the EMC (European Marketing Confederation).
She joins ESCP Europe and develops programs aimed at enhancing women’s leadership and best practices in Human Resources Diversity. Her extensive professional experience as a leader and entrepreneur also leads her to teach: team motivation, intrapreneurship, performance evaluation, and management. She is also a coach and speaker.
Author of a first essay on women and business, and articles on talent development, Isabelle Déprez is now expanding her research to the issue of trust in leaders, particularly women.
She regularly speaks as an expert and lecturer to professionals in companies or clubs and networks (Centrale, Entreprendre, Pionnières, HEC au féminin, Germe, Plato…) on topics such as the Art of Being an Entrepreneur of Oneself, Motivation, Trust, as well as Diversity/Women’s Leadership.
Isabelle Déprez is also an active member of HEC au féminin and the Scientific Committee of the Entrepreneurship Observatory of the International Federation of Pionnières.
