Hans Wopereis is co-director and co-owner of ITIP School for Life and Work. He leads the teams that focus on organizational development, career guidance, and organizing reflection retreats. Within ITIP, he facilitates various groups, including an ongoing Masterclass Inspiring Leadership for individuals in senior management positions. Since the age of 24, he has regularly given lectures on topics related to living and working with inspiration and trust. After studying law in Leiden, conducting cultural research for Philips in South America, and a brief employment at Hoogovens, Hans completed a three-year program in Applied Integral Psychology at ITIP while simultaneously working as a small entrepreneur in the field of organizational development. In 1991, he established his own practice under ITIP, allowing the Development & Advice branch to further grow. Since 2003, he has been managing ITIP together with two partners, during which time two new branches have emerged under his leadership. Hans tells a beautiful story that contains personal ‘hooks’ for everyone. Hooks that raise questions about how you stand in life and what it is all for. Hans’s art lies in his ability to tell a story in a natural, almost casual manner that truly matters, supported by compelling examples in which the listener can recognize themselves.
