Grazyna Koperniak holds a doctorate in psychology specializing in applied psychology, is a psychotherapist, and a certified coach.
Passionate about the brain’s neuroplasticity and considering that we are all leaders of our own lives, she decided to specialize in the development and fulfillment of human potential. She then trained in various methods that allow her to work with both individuals and organizations: systemic approach, family therapy, Ericksonian hypnosis, Gestalt, NLP, EMDR, Symbolic Modeling, sociocracy, Appreciative Inquiry, etc.
Encounters with Buddhists and healers from different countries led her to study Tibetan psychology, ethnopsychiatry, and Michael Harner’s shamanic anthropology. These approaches enabled her to create her own methods for stimulating the mechanisms of self-healing and regeneration of the body and mind.
Subsequently, she focused on energy psychology, motivation psychology, and positive psychology. According to the latter, we thrive better and faster by focusing on what works well instead of exploring what is dysfunctional. Staying in touch with one’s talents and responding to the call of one’s essential desire and intrinsic motivation then allows one to flourish in life, experiencing it as a Hero’s journey.
Grazyna’s approach, developed over thirty years, is integral and holistic. As a coach and psychotherapist, she remains pragmatic, choosing work methods based on the moment, the problem, and the personality structure of her clients.
In her lectures, she presents topics related to stress management and well-being, as well as methods to achieve them. The goal is to develop one’s potential, achieve inner harmony, and live in good understanding with oneself, with others, and with the world.
