Francis Zentz is fundamentally optimistic; he believes in the multiple abilities present in every human being.

Francis Zentz is living his dream by inspiring women and men by providing them with the tools to be more effective and happier.

His professional and personal journey reflects what drives him: faith in luck and the creative potential present in every human being.

Francis Zentz obtained his engineering degree in Materials Physics in 1985 after starting with a vocational diploma in electromechanics. The confidence of his teachers and his dream of going further and higher allowed him to progress alongside the royal path to achieve a level of BAC +5.

His professional experience within organizations made him aware of the importance of the human element, leading him to make a career shift in 1995 to become a coach and trainer in communication and management.

In 2006, he nurtured the dream of meeting all the great consultants in the world! By a happy coincidence, he discovered the NSA – National Speakers Association – the association of professional speakers in the United States. His participation in the NSA conference in Orlando marked the beginning of a new career as a speaker. In 2008, he co-founded the French Association of Professional Speakers.

Author of the book “At the Heart of Conflicts” published in 2007. Francis Zentz is currently finishing his second book “I Help Luck,” which is the culmination of two years of research on luck and the multiplicity of its occurrences.

He speaks before an international audience in French, German, and English.
