Graduated from the University of Toulouse with a Master’s in Economic Sciences and a DESS in Marketing, Florent Marty received the Grand Prix of Economy from the Toulouse Chamber of Commerce for his work on the “World Cup 98: An Opportunity for Toulouse and the Midi-Pyrénées Region.”
Initially a sales representative at the professional basketball club (Pro A) Spacer’s of Toulouse, he then became a project manager in sports marketing for the Extand group. In 2000, he joined the NBA group (National Basketball Association) where he was responsible for coordinating events and marketing partners for France and England. In 2003, he was promoted to manager and then senior manager for the entire European region. Finally, in 2009, he became senior director of marketing and partnerships for the EMEA region.
