Monika Hein is passionate about her subject: the voice. And you can hear it. The experienced speaker, trainer, and lecturer knows how to embody the diversity of the human voice on stage, clarify the potential of every voice, and humorously point out vocal pitfalls that each of us has often heard.
Her training sessions, coaching, and lectures address the moments when people lose their conviction, when words get stuck in their throat, or when they simply run out of breath. Whether on the phone, in meetings, during presentations, in lectures, or just in conversation with someone, everyone wants to convey their individual content optimally.
“Especially when it matters most to us, our vocal strength often lets us down,” describes Monika Hein of the phenomenon. In March 2014, her book “Speak Like a Pro – The Interactive Training for a Winning Voice” was published by Campus Verlag, in which she reveals how anyone can score with insider knowledge from the speaker scene while staying true to themselves.
Monika Hein holds a PhD in Phonetics, is a voice and speech trainer, business trainer and coach, as well as a speaker on radio and TV. Since 2004, she has been training executives, customer advisors, marketing experts, lawyers, notaries, salespeople, moderators, actors, interpreters, in short: all those who rely on their voice professionally.
She has lived in Hamburg since 1995 and works throughout Germany. She regularly uses her own voice: In documentaries, she lent her voice to Madonna and Penelope Cruz, can be heard in well-known commercials, and once brought a drawer to life in the TV series “Garfield.” She herself cannot be categorized: speaker, trainer, coach, voice artist – Monika Hein enjoys the diversity of her profession.
