Dominique Glaymann is a lecturer in sociology at the University of Paris-Est Créteil, at the Faculty of Administration and International Exchanges, and deputy director of LARGOTEC (Research Laboratory on Governance, Territories, and Communication).
Founding member and co-representative of RESTAG (Research Network on Internships and Their Governance), Dominique Glaymann’s research work mainly focuses on the changes in the employment system, which he studies by observing some of its margins such as temporary work and internships. He analyzes the developments in the employment relationship, the methods of workforce management and recruitment, as well as professional transitions and changes in the professional integration modes of young people.
Speaking at numerous conferences and congresses, Dominique Glaymann also collaborates with several scientific journals.
Dominique Glaymann has published three books: Le stage, formation ou exploitation? (with V. de Briant, Presses Universitaires de Rennes, 2013), L’intérim (La Découverte, 2007), and La vie en intérim (Fayard, 2005).
