Woman, Black, disabled, Deza Nguembock is the founder and General Director of E&H LAB, a consulting agency specializing in the societal aspect of CSR; primarily focusing on diversity and disability.”Exploring, accepting, educating are a necessity for me. As long as this necessity exists, I will let myself be carried away into the meanders of artistic creation to inspire evolution.” Deza Nguembock began her career in 2004 as a Direct Marketing Manager at Reed Midem. From 2005 to 2011, she led AfriKDEZArts, an association where she was the Artistic Director of multidisciplinary projects (photography, sculpture, dance, music…). Among other things, she created the concept Aesthetics & Disability based on imagery to raise awareness about disability. In parallel, in 2008, she joined WBrand Consulting (strategic planning division) at W&Cie, a Design agency, a subsidiary of the Havas group until June 2011, where she was responsible for the evolution of visual identities and brand architectures. She left W&Cie to launch E&H LAB, a consulting agency specializing in the societal aspect of CSR.
