The great communication show is laughter and learning. A unique combination of: Entertainment, Education, and Empowerment.
The great communication show
Maybe you recognize it….
You communicate your message as clearly as possible.
But the other person understands something different than you intended.
You both feel frustrated and misunderstood.

This is the starting point with which Jan and Rob get to work.
In an interactive show, accompanied by pianist Henk, they put each other to the test.
Totally frustrated, Rob tries to connect with Jan through song from his own world, which doesn’t really work out.
Jan portrays characters that you immediately recognize from your work:
nitpicking, nagging, talkative, and conflict-avoiding types.
Types you would rather stick behind the wallpaper at home but whom we now have to deal with.
Through the ABC (see above) of misunderstandings, they aim to clarify the communication labyrinth in this show.
With the SCANmap under your arm, full of tools, you step outside smiling, not only because those recognizable types are still vividly in your mind, but also because you now know how to communicate in a simple way.
Many participants in the show talk for months afterward about the different communication styles:
“Oh, yes, now I understand why you react that way, because you have communication style red, right?”

Jan Mik and Rob Zigter have been entertrainers together for over 15 years and find it a challenge each time to bring out the best in your team with the great communication show.
Jan Mik has extensive management experience and coaches (management) teams with a lot of creativity and humor. He provides you with the tools to enable real change in thinking. He has the ability to pinpoint the sore spot through his observational skills. Mik gets to the core!
Rob Zigter is both a personal coach and team coach as well as a speaker (and singer). In his unique and enthusiastic way, he gives the words ‘connection’ and ‘development’ new meaning and value. He has broad management experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors.
