In 2010, Chloé decided to give a new direction to her artistic creations, transitioning from design to cuisine. She wanted to blend the good and the beautiful, making each of her creations a mini work of ephemeral culinary art. The tastes and flavors of her childhood, deeply rooted in her memory, inspire her culinary and artistic creations.
