About Carmen Schön

Carmen Schön, success and career coach, has been training top management, executives, and employees in companies since 2004. From 2009 to 2011, she participated as a coach in the scientific study of the University of Hamburg “Competence for Advancement for Women” and accompanied 12 women from renowned companies on their further career paths.

She is the author of the books “Am I an Entrepreneur Type?” (GABAL 2008), “The Secret Tricks of Employers” (Eichborn 2009), Cold Acquisition “The Direct Way to the Customer” (GABAL 2010), Career DNA (Eichborn 2011), “More than Just a Job” – Executive with Heart and Soul” (STARK 2011) as well as numerous professional articles on the topics of career and negotiation management, customer acquisition, and self-marketing. In spring 2012, her book “Women Power at Work” (GABAL) was also published.

After studying law and psychology in Hamburg, Speyer, and New York, she began her professional career as an RTL television presenter for the show “We Fight for You.” After working as a legal advisor at MobilCom AG, she was a founding member of freenet.de AG and led the legal and investment management department. As an international key account manager for a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG, she developed markets in Western and Eastern Europe and was responsible for international projects. She then worked as a partner in a software consulting company, ppi AG.

Carmen Schön was a board member of the Federal Association of Young Enterprises in Hamburg for many years and teaches as a lecturer at various universities (St. Gallen, SMI Steinbeiss, Hamburg Media School, Faculty of Law Hamburg).
