Lieutenant Colonel Bruno CELLERIER is a permanent training consultant at the Saint-Cyr Foundation and affiliated with the SCYFCO (Saint-Cyr Continuing Education) training center. He is also a partner in a human resources consulting firm as an HR advisor, particularly responsible for audits and training in companies.
As a former senior officer of the army, he held numerous operational positions within the Ministry of Defense, both in France and abroad, before directing his professional future towards the profession of speaker and consultant. His long stays outside of France have given him a broad perspective and operational experience in international, allied environments and in crisis contexts.
Numerous interventions in Africa, particularly humanitarian ones, in the Pacific as part of the control of the EEZ (Exclusive Economic Zone) and in the Caribbean regarding the fight against drug trafficking, allow him today to have a clear and informed view of the issues at stake in these parts of the world!
After 20 years spent outside the mainland, Bruno Cellerier has gained a very good understanding of the human and economic realities of many foreign countries. Skills in negotiation, diplomacy, and crisis management. He also has good experience with the structures and functioning of major international organizations (NATO, UN…).
His missions have also led him to develop extensive management experience and the ability to unite very diverse human communities around common objectives (Command of operational and support units of up to 600 men). He has proven mastery in leading multidisciplinary project teams.
