Bianca van Elp is a chairperson and moderator on a mission: to spread love and connection. She facilitates diverse gatherings on awareness, health, mindset, and personal growth.
After living with daily headaches for fifteen years, she discovered that a rare eye condition had affected her vision. That discovery changed her life and her perspective forever. Since then, she has been helping others to look at themselves, each other, and the world with a new perspective.
With a master’s degree in Change Management, a published research focused on leadership, and more than ten years of work experience in real estate, leadership, communication, and transition processes, Bianca knows how to bring calm, clarity, and connection in dynamic environments. As a chairperson, she effortlessly aligns with the terminology of various sectors and quickly masters new themes, ensuring that conversations flow smoothly and are content-rich.
Her style is intuitive, connecting, and energetic. She instinctively senses what a room needs and quickly shifts between pace, tone, and format. She asks the right questions, summarizes clearly, and maintains the overarching narrative. Thanks to her experience as an event manager, she actively contributes to the structure, timing, and formats, ensuring that speakers shine, the audience remains engaged, and the program runs logically and smoothly.
Bianca speaks Dutch and English, both on stage and in front of the camera. She has extensive experience with autocue, live, and hybrid events. She has worked for LinkedIn, Rabobank, Menzis, the Ministry of Finance, Defense, the Province of Groningen, Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, and VU Amsterdam.
