Aziz Senni is a successful serial entrepreneur. He has founded and developed several companies in various sectors (catering, automotive, service companies, etc.). He founded and still leads Alliance Transport et Accompagnement, the first on-demand transport network in the Île-de-France region, 13 years ago.
Holding a BTS in Transport and Logistics, Aziz Senni furthered his education with the HEC Start-up program, from which he graduated in 2003. He also completed a coaching training for business creation at the CCI Val d’Oise/Yvelines and a Master’s in Operational Management at ESSEC.
Between 2005 and 2006, he was a member of the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants (C.J.D.) Section Ouest Ile-de-France. In April 2005, he organized an international conference in Mantes-la-Jolie (78): “Can youth entrepreneurship be a factor for peace and rapprochement between peoples?”, with the presence of three delegations of young entrepreneurs from France, Palestine, and Israel. Between 2003 and 2007, he was a member of the board of directors of the Association for the Right to Economic Initiative (ADIE) chaired by Maria Nowack, the leading French microcredit operator.
In March 2007, with the support of the most prominent French business leaders (Claude Bébéar, Martin Bouygues, Eric de Rotschild, Michel-David Veil, etc.), Aziz Senni founded Business Angel des Cités (BAC). He has since been the president of the supervisory board. With a capital of €15M, BAC is the first investment fund dedicated to the development of businesses in suburban areas.
Since October 2009, he has been an advisor to the Foundation for Political Innovation.
Since September 2008, he has been a sponsor and Administrator of the association “LA MANU”, founded by Julie Coudry, which aims to create links between the business world and student communities.
Since 2012, he has been the founder-president and then administrator of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE), whose main objective is to promote entrepreneurship among young people in the neighborhoods.
His expertise and the success he has encountered in his various businesses have naturally led him to be sought after by radio and television media:
– “Business Angels: 60 Days to Start My Business” aired at 8:30 PM on France 4 in January 2012
– “Challenger” aired at 9 PM on the Moroccan channel 2M in April 2009: international competition for business creators.
– “Inventor of the Year” aired at 8:30 PM on M6 in February 2006: invention competition
– “Ça fait débat” broadcast since September 2010 on radio Génération 88.2 FM: regular “debater” on this weekly show discussing current events
He has notably published: “Monte ton Biz: the 10 Commandments of the Entrepreneur from the Suburbs” (Pearson Edition, 2010) and “The Social Elevator is Out of Order, I Took the Stairs” (Foreword by Claude Bébéar – L’archipel Edition, 2005), and is currently finalizing the writing of Volume II “The Social Elevator is Still Out of Order and There are Many People in the Stairs!”.
