A. Bariot. Her atypical background as a trainer in human development, coach, and improviser naturally led her to integrate exercises from actor training into her workshops: a touch of “seriously playful” that allows for the experimentation of concepts in a joyful atmosphere and collective energy. She thus aimed to create a new, original, and innovative approach in the world of training. She designs and conducts experiential workshops and training sessions that reveal the instinctive and spontaneous resources of each individual. Their goal is to facilitate relationships with oneself, with others, and to develop collective creativity. Theory is put into practice: these trainings lead to understanding how it works and experimenting with how to do it…
