Below you will find a brief overview of the steps taken when booking a speaker with Speakers Academy®.
Our service is focused on supporting your event goals and ensuring the success of your event.
How do we work?

Introduction
Through your input via our online form, phone conversation, and/or email contact, we gather as much information as possible about the event, the purpose of the meeting, and the audience composition.

Research
We select the most suitable speakers for your event based on your wishes and preferences.

Proposal
You will receive a tailored proposal from us with the requested speaker(s) or an overview of our recommendations with a brief profile.

Selection
You confirm the desired speaker by signing the quote and returning it to us.

Agreement
You will receive an agreement from us. This means the speaker or moderator is definitively booked and the agenda is reserved.

Preparation
You will receive a briefing document from us, which we forward to the speaker or moderator. We will schedule a telephonic or personal work meeting with the speaker or moderator along with you. During this meeting, you can directly discuss your event and its specific requirements with the speaker or moderator.

Logistics
We ensure the speaker or moderator is aware of the location address for your events, and during the scheduling of the lecture or moderation, we take distances and travel times into account as much as possible, so the speaker arrives on time for the event.

Show Time
The speaker or moderator will deliver an excellent contribution during your event.
