Barbara Rogoski is an American Executive Speaker Coach and Senior TEDx Speaker Coach who has been living in The Netherlands for many years. For the last 15 years, through her company Successful Speaker Now, Barbara has worked with many Fortune 500 executives and has trained more than 200 TEDx speakers. As a coach and trainer, she masterfully blends the TED-style genre with executive/keynote style presentations. She knows how to add engaging stories and delivery nuances that make the talks so much more memorable—and never boring.

From TEDx Stage to Boardroom: Crafting Talks that Inspire and Influence

The well-known TED talk is a special kind of presentation. It is filled with visual imagery, storytelling, verbal and non-verbal communication nuances, and an inspiring message—quite different from a traditional fact- and data-driven presentation. In this unique and intensive training, you will learn how to build a TED-style talk that can be used in any business environment.

We will focus on message design, strategic storytelling, strong delivery, and nuances to make it unforgettable. You will learn ways to use storytelling to drive action and alignment. Your power to influence will be increased as you create a speech that will connect with your audience on a deeper emotional level. There will also be time to practice your speech with expert feedback.

You can work with Barbara online or in person—half day or full day, or over 4 shorter sessions. This training can also be adjusted to a group environment for up to 10 persons for a half-day or full-day session.
