Early in 2005, Christian Malissard was invited by BFM, the French economical and financial radio network to design, facilitate and coach the 'BFM Business Academy' where by each week two selected business leaders are invited to pitch in front of Christian who then coaches them 'live'. The people listening to the programme will then vote to select their choice as the best executive. This programme was nominated as the 'best 2008 business radio program'. For the last 2 years, the BFM Academy was promoted to 'program of the year' by business magazines and has now obtained substantial sponsors.
His own business, named Eagle Performance is a Executive Advisory and leadership development practice, delivering Executive Advisory, Team Building and Deals optimisation everywhere in the world to any kind of industry.
With his company Christian Malissard is mainly active with team development, with interactive outside activities like rowing, drafting, theatre and wood construction, Executive Advisory, coaching senior executives to identify the most important actions to take in their future, and sales performance optimisation from strategic 'go-to-market' model design, 'channel motivation', 'unusual partnership' design, 'Alliancing' and 'Strategic Account Planning'.
