Tandis qu&rsquo;elle faisait semblant que ses cr\u00eapes \u00e9taient bien r\u00e9ussies.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s son enfance \u00e0 la ferme, il est devenu \u00ab officiellement \u00bb cuisinier dans l&rsquo;h\u00f4tellerie \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 15 ans. \u00c0 23 ans, il a lanc\u00e9 sa propre entreprise TeesT, qui a \u00e9volu\u00e9 d&rsquo;une entreprise de cuisiniers freelance \u00e0 un centre de formation national en cuisine et vin. Pendant le \u00ab Corona \u00bb, il a lanc\u00e9 la plateforme de cours en ligne CookingAcademy.nl avec plus de mille vid\u00e9os culinaires. Robert, avec son \u00e9quipe de professeurs, a appris \u00e0 des milliers de cuisiniers amateurs et professionnels \u00e0 mieux cuisiner et p\u00e2tisser, tant au niveau des techniques que de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;inspiration. De plus, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es cuisinier \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision sur RTL4 dans Life &amp; Cooking et 4ME.<\/p>\n<p>Robert investit beaucoup dans les formations culinaires, il a obtenu en 2005 le titre d&rsquo;\u0152nologue. Chaque jour est pour lui consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la nourriture, aux boissons et au partage des connaissances. Toujours avec une bonne histoire et une explication. Il trouve important non seulement le \u00ab comment \u00bb, mais aussi le \u00ab pourquoi \u00bb. Il s&rsquo;agit finalement toujours des gens, de leur comportement et de leur exp\u00e9rience. Une cuisine professionnelle dans l&rsquo;h\u00f4tellerie est, par sa simplicit\u00e9, une bonne m\u00e9taphore pour d&rsquo;autres domaines, par exemple dans le monde des affaires.<\/p>\n<p>Il a une compagne et deux enfants.
