He then works in the production of aerospace equipment for groups such as Dassault (Falcon 900), Snecma, Airbus (A380, A330, A319, A320, and A340), Eurocopter (Ecureil).<\/p>\n
Before founding his own structure, Jo\u00ebl Luzi was notably a Restaurant Manager, then Purchasing Manager for the Frantour Group; but also Training Director for the hotel management curriculum.<\/p>\n
Convinced that emotional and behavioral triggers play a major role, he trains in the tools that allow mobilizing these resources. In 2006, he became a certified sophrologist (CAES Paris), under the direction of Dr. Luc Audouin. He practices in a private setting (individual and groups) and also leads workshops during sophrology congresses.<\/p>\n
In 2010, he created the Blog “Emotional Intelligence” (which gathers more than 2000 readers per month) to raise awareness in the business world about the necessity of working in this direction.
