Marc Giget holds a degree from the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (EHESS) and a PhD in International Economics \/ Development Economics (EHESS \u2013 Panth\u00e9on\/Sorbonne). From 1973 to 1983, he created and directed SEST, a research group focused on Sociological, Economic, and Strategic issues related to new technologies. There, he led work on technology management, innovation, and the development dynamics of businesses worldwide. In 1983, he founded Euroconsult, a research, study, and independent evaluation (due diligence) group for major innovation projects, which has since provided services to over 600 clients in 60 countries. Until 1997, he served as General and Scientific Director of Euroconsult. In 1998, Marc Giget was elected Full Professor of the Chair of Economics and Management of Technology and Innovation at the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts in Paris (CNAM). He is responsible for teaching innovation process management: Doctorates, Masters, and various diplomas. He left his position as a civil servant in the National Education system in 2007 to dedicate himself to IESCI. In 1999, Marc Giget launched in Paris the Innovation Tuesdays, open and free courses\/conferences on innovation cultures and the feedback experiences of the most successful companies and organizations in the world, broadcast in over a hundred countries. In 2002, he created the European Institute for Creative Strategies and Innovation (IESCI), a research and training organization focused on innovation and business renewal, which works for about a hundred companies, universities, and research organizations across ten countries. In 2008, Marc Giget established the Paris Club of Innovation Directors, which brings together around forty major European companies and conducts research on innovation worldwide, modern forms of innovation management, and sharing feedback on best innovation practices.
