After a distinguished career as a Senior Officer in the Special Units of the Ministry of Defense (over 18 years of conducting operations in more than 20 countries), Olivier Crosetta took on the challenge of a new career in business. He held executive and general management positions within the Monoprix and Ch\u00e8que D\u00e9jeuner groups, both in France and internationally, before founding a strategy consulting firm.<\/p>\n
A recognized specialist in management, he has drawn on his dual experience to develop an innovative approach to recovering from challenging situations in companies (deterioration of social ties, loss of trust, demobilization of teams, change processes, etc.). He is the proponent of the concept of \u201csustainable performance,\u201d based notably on a posture of \u201clearning adaptation,\u201d on the development of meaning, and on the strengthening of collective initiative.<\/p>\n
