Graduating in 2000 from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, she began her political career in the Senate. From 2002 to 2007, she served as an Administrator and was involved in the Commission for Social Affairs, responsible for labor law, employment, and professional training. She was also seconded to the Public Senate Channel, first as Deputy Director of Programs, then as Director of Communication. Since 2007, she has been on leave, then on vacation from the Senate.<\/p>\n
From 2007 to 2010, Rama Yade was a member of the Fillon government; first as Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Human Rights, then as Secretary of State for Sports. Since 2008, Rama Yade has been elected to the Municipal Council of Colombes and since 2009, she has also been a regional councilor for \u00cele-de-France.<\/p>\n
