They completed the ACROSS ANTARCTICA expedition on January 27, 2015 \u2014 the crossing of the Antarctic continent on skis via the South Pole, covering 2,045 kilometers in 74 days. This was the longest ski expedition without a traction sail conducted by a woman in Antarctica. They wrote the book EXPEDITION ACROSS ANTARCTICA (Vilo, Preface by Nicolas Vanier) and produced the film ACROSS ANTARCTICA. The expeditions they have organized and conducted have made them particularly sensitive to the vastness of polar regions and their paradox \u2014 a sanctuary where nature reveals its formidable power to those who venture there, yet is so fragile. The narrative of their expeditions allows them to share this sensitivity simply.
