Over the last fifteen years Thomas worked as trainer and organizational consultant for a wide variety of companies including Philips, Achmea, KPN and Holland Casino. Much of his work is focused on managing change processes in complex international surroundings. In 1993 Thomas founded InContext, a training and consultancy firm in Baarn, the Netherlands. Thomas’ leadership, creativity and entrepreneurship paid off and today InContext is seen as one of the key players in the field of strategic behavioral change. InContext works with changing and developing businesses around the globe, focusing on fair play, bottom-line results and fun. In order to actively involve people in change, and to help them take a critical and constructive look at their own behaviour, InContext has specialised in organisational simulation and gaming. These tools address a wide range of issues. A number of these games can – in some cases after some minor adjustments – also be effectively implemented in other situations, either as an individual module or as part of a comprehensive programme. Thomas is author of the successful book The Winning Dialogue, has regular publications in both newspapers and magazines and is well-known for his lectures and workshops. Whether being a presenter, trainer, chairman or provider of games he will always adapt his content and style to the given audience.
