About Thierry Maillet
Thierry Maillet is a co-founder of Ooshot, where he is in charge of business development. Ooshot is the first website for booking photographers.
He is the founder of the Think-Tank "Image & Digital". It contributes to the research on new business models for the photography industry in the digital ecosystem.
He holds a ph.D in Business history (EHESS, Paris) and is engaged in a research program with the University of Erasmus (Rotterdam) on fashion in Europe since 1945. It is financed by the EU.
He has launched and managed several consulting companies in Spain (Goddard & Loyd) and in France (Marketing Intelligence). He holds degrees in management (MIM, Thunderbird, USA) and law (Master of Law, Université de Paris II).
He has published two essays (Génération Participation, 2006 and L'Histoire du Marketing, 2010) and has also contributed to several collective books. Besides that he also contributed to several medias, the business weekly (Le Nouvel Economiste) and the public broadcast (France Inter).
