Dr. Freek Peters has now been active as an organisational psychologist and management consultant for a very wide variety of organisations for about thirty years. He is familiar with the private and public world, from bureaucratic Molochs to wild-and-woolly pioneering companies, from high-speed research pools to venerable Councils of State.
He is the managing partner of the Galan Group in Baarn.
Specialised in assessing, developing and supervising management and board, Freek continues to be fascinated by the enormous effect that the human factor can have on the way an organisation operates. He is particularly interested in the match and mismatch in leadership.
Freek took his doctorate in 2011 on the issue of the effectiveness of modern-day leadership in relation to the strategic task of an organisation. The public version of his thesis was published under the title: Leiderschap in Evenwicht; Nieuwe tijden vragen Nieuwe Leiders (Academic Service).
