AI understands customer behavior, brands capitalize on shoppable posts across platforms like Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram. AR ads and 360-degree videos have become dominant to engage the audience.

More and more people take advantage of voice search and smart speakers to search through audio content. Blockchain helps organizations build trust and offers branding advantages. AI is expected to rise by 150% among customer service organizations.

What is your opinion on the adoption of modern technologies like AI and ML in the marketing sector?

AI touches almost all sectors of the economy today. It is the battleground on which long-term business success will be decided. AI has been changing how businesses operate and compete. AI marketing is a method of leveraging customer data, and machine learning anticipates customers’ next move and improves the customer journey.
